CNC gantry machining center can be used to process metal materials with high hardness and mold parts of various shapes.
In the process of CNC gantry machining center, these problems often occur: 1. After the machining of the workpiece, there will be traces of electrode splicing.
2. The hole wall will burn or crack.
3. The surface of the workpiece processed by the CNC gantry machining center is rough.
4. The size does not meet the processing requirements.
For other gantry machining center problems, the solutions are as follows: 1. The cnc gantry machining center should promptly eliminate the process of electrical erosion waste generated, otherwise it will generate carbon accumulation, which will affect the stability and efficiency of processing.
2. General electrical corrosion garbage can be solved by flushing oil and electrodes. For processing that is not easy to remove slag, pay attention to the pressure of the flushing oil. If it is too large, it may affect the processing stability, reduce the processing speed, increase the chance of secondary discharge of the CNC gantry machining center, and reduce the processing efficiency. How much is shown in Figure 3. The electrode part and conditions can be improved by the flushing effect of the working fluid to close the hole in the drilling process and improve the processing accuracy.
